Rain may cause a delay on your project. If so, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new date for work. If you have a scheduled mowing date, you can have your service resume as soon as the rain stops, or on the next business day.

Since each project is unique, generalized pricing is difficult to quote. Some services can simply be calculated at a steady rate per occurrence. Other, typically full sized projects can be priced based on materials and equipment used, as well as labor.

To prepare your lawn for a healthy and vibrant growing season, we recommend starting with a thorough cleanup—removing any sticks, dead leaves, or debris. Following this, aeration and overseeding will promote stronger root growth and a fuller lawn as the weather warms. Applying a quality lawn fertilizer along with a pre-emergent herbicide can further support lush growth while preventing weeds. Lastly, ensure your mower is well-maintained and aim to mow weekly, or every 3–5 days if possible, to keep your lawn looking its best.

On the day your new sod is installed, it's important to apply a generous amount of water to ensure it thoroughly soaks through the sod and into the top two inches of soil.Typically, the sod will be ready for its first mow after about two weeks of consistent watering—though if installation occurs during winter, it may take longer. Avoid walking on the new sod until after its first mowing, and be sure to water it regularly during this establishment period. Continue watering after mowing, and after approximately one month, you can begin applying lawn fertilizer to support healthy, long-term growth.
